  • Restaurant OKAPI (International restaurant) with extra accentuation on our "ZEBU"-meat

An INTERNATIONAL restaurant (by origins such as: Belgium, French, Congolese, Mediterranean.)

  • The creation of added value on the raw materials: Local meat by implementation of a butcher store "MADIA"
  • By complying to a quality standard that will assure the food safety of the products that comes along with a butcher store (Charcuterie and Caterer) for the status of the meat, Halal-charcuterie, and fish. A caterer…The creation of added value on meat by introducing a local production facility of only HALAL-certified charcuterie
  • Creation of jobs????????
  • To fatten the animals from our own farmThe pisiculture (Tilapia) in our own farmFarming and breeding PVF TCHAD
  • The breeders represented as local farmers
  • The creation of added value on the local agriculture products for the purpose of fatten CHEPTEL
  • The creation of added value for the butchering in the highest INTERNATIONAL QUALITY & HYGIENIC standards

 

Export

The professional cutting of breeded animals, to vacuum package products in boxes for the purpose to deliver these within the rest of the country and facilitate eventual exportation, to facilitate the transformation of meat to charcuterie products in conserves.
